' setting up accountability, calling a gym buddy, making a public commitment, flushing all the shit food in your house down the toilet (for overweight folks).. but he never really talks about 'making it inevitable' I'd like to find out more ways than just 'having an accountability partner' because honestly it's hard to find a friend that would actualy cash a cheque if i gave it to them. That's who I got the idea from. I'm sure the concept is old, but without knowing what other people call the technique is nearly impossible to find other perspectives on it.
